Sarah Shahi is an American actress, best known for her performance in the television series ‘Life’. Born to an Iranian father and Spanish mother, Shahi’s mixed lineage helped her expand her vision beyond religion and region. Since a young age, Shahi dreamt of becoming an actress. She started modelling when she was barely eight and soon took the step ahead. She did a lot of theatre in school and college. An established film and television star today, Sarah kick-started her career on a modest note. She featured in a number of guest roles in various television series and films before bagging a lead role in a television sitcom. However, Shahi’s popularity is not just restricted to her acting skills. She is one of the hottest actors in the industry. Shahi was named number 90 on the Maxim magazine ‘Hot 100 of 2005’ list, later moving up the ladder to 66 in 2006 and 36 in 2012.
